Scroll near the bottom of the left hand sidebar menu and choose "Screen Positioning."
NOTE: If this choice is not available contact our support team for help

Click start on the Positioning page to begin

Your screen will now display a test image that will help with alignment:

STEP ONE (BOTTOM alignment):

During this stage the actual size of the image will not change. The purpose of this stage is just to ensure that the bottom edge of the screen is aligned. Use the Up/Down arrows to align the bottom edge. If the image is too high you will see white space. Position the image as close as possible to the edge, but not over, without revealing the white space. DO NOT click Next until this step is exactly correct.

STEP TWO (LEFT alignment):

During this stage the actual size of the image will not change. The purpose of this stage is just to ensure that the left edge of the screen is aligned. Use the Left/Right arrows to align the left edge so that the test image is neither cut off nor revealing white space. DO NOT click Next until this is exactly correct.

STEP THREE (RIGHT alignment):

During this stage we will be bringing the right edge of the picture in to and out of view. During this process the picture size will change and therefore there may be some delay whilst the image is being recalculated on the device. Use the Left/Right arrows to align the right edge so that the test image is neither cut off nor revealing white space. DO NOT click Next until this is exactly correct.

STEP FOUR (TOP alignment):

During this stage we will be bringing the top edge of the picture in to and out of view. During this process the picture size will change and therefore there may be some delay whilst the image is being recalculated on the device. Use the Left/Right arrows to align the top edge so that the test image is neither cut off nor revealing white space. DO NOT click Next until this is exactly correct.

STEP FIVE:
Click Finish. The system will now calculate the necessary adjustment to align the video output to your screen configuration. This process can take up to 15 minutes.

Once complete, your signage should fit your screen dimensions.
